Our breads are prefermented, kneaded, shaped by hand, let to rise, and then baked in a stone hearth oven.
There's no taking shortcuts, so our breads will be the most flavorful, most healthy, and most beautiful loaves possible.

Hi! And welcome! We're Michael and Matteo, Austrian master bakers who have grown up as friends and bread lovers since middle school.
Wien residents have welcomed our organic bakery with open arms – our chewy, thin-crusted baguettes have already found a home on nearby it-restaurant Barra’s to-go menus. They’re sourdough, of course, as are the moist loaves that are fortified with rye flour or studded with hazelnuts.
Our breads are baked on the city outskirts, in huge stone hearth oven that we ourselves designed, and distributed to what will eventually be multiple Wien outlets.
